釜山延山桃谷棕點 (Busan Yeonsan Togok Brown Dot)

設施：沒有洗衣機沒有飲水機，非常不方便，走廊上有個微波爐 衞生：一般，但好在每天給打掃衞生收垃圾 環境：非常偏僻，門口還有個90度大坡，周圍什麼也沒有，坐公交和地鐵都不方便，地鐵要走也很遠，去哪個景點都很遠 服務：為什麼要讓長者當前台？聽不懂中文也聽不懂英文，翻譯軟件也不會用，我用papago嘗試溝通，老頭還不會打字，五六個字打了半天，説的還驢脣不對馬嘴，一個***阿姨還老花眼，我用翻譯軟件打字給她看，她拿著手機看半天那麼大的字看不清，又回去拿老花鏡，還看不懂。聽不懂話不認識字，當什麼前台。無語。浪費我時間。

좋습니다. 가격도 처렴하고 깨끗합니다. 오후 20이후 체크인 것은 좀 그렇지만 편하게 쉬고 갔습니다. 오후 16시쯤 체크인 하게 해 주면 부산 갈때마다 목고 갈 거예요. 그리고 해운데에서 가까워서 최고였어요.

의외의 위치해 있는데도 관광객 손님들이 많아 직원분들이 분주히 움직이고 계셨고, 청결도 주차관리 안내 모두 친절히 해주셔서 편안하게 지내디 왔습니다!^^

방이 넓으며 가격에 비해 어매니티가 잘 구비되어있고 카운터 직원분이 친절하십니다. 조금 낡았지만 관리가 잘 되어있습니다.

전화도 친절히 받아주시고 2명예약에 후 도착후1명 추가했는데도 친절하셔서 가족여행을 기분좋게 다녀왔어요 다음번 부산여행가면 또들릴게요

Очень хороший отель с шикарным видом

We were in this hotel from 2nd to 6th of August. At the entrance we were met by a woman at the reception, well as to say met - I said hello, but in response did not hear anything. Then, distracted from work, we were still asked if we were checking in. I want to note at once, the woman at the counter almost did not speak English (even elementary), and it caused great difficulties, as we were tired from the train. Then they tried to explain to us in Korean what room number we had, sorry, but if I start talking to you in my native language, you will hardly understand me either. All in all, it was unpleasant. In the end we were escorted to our room by a man, because the woman could not tell us our room number. At check-in we were given a set (toothbrushes, napkins, personal accessories), and after the first cleaning it disappeared from the room :) just like that. You know, I don't care about the kit, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. For 4 days of stay cleaning was 1 time, all the rest of the time there was no rubbish, no clean towels. I would also like to note that the eviction up to 12 hours inclusive, but bang on your door start at 11:20. In this hotel by the way do not knock, immediately open their card, and if you yourself did not close from the inside, the staff will just freely come to your room. In the middle of the night three times in a row switched on independently set-top box from the TV. Switching it off, it switched on again, and so on three times. In general, the stay in this hotel caused a lot of disappointment.
